Instead, Kate will focus on a nutrient-rich regimen based on lean organic proteins and healthy fats.
She will need to eat 10 to 12 servings of fruits and vegetables a day and complex carbohydrates such as sweet potatoes, brown rice, quinoa, and buckwheat, Mason said.
