After weeks away from the public eye for health reasons, Kate Middleton reappeared at an official event at Colchester Hospital in Essex.
The Princess of Wales visited the Wellbeing Garden, a space designed to offer calm and rest to workers and patients at the center.
This event came after she canceled her attendance at Royal Ascot.

During the tour of the garden, accompanied by designer Adam Frost, Kate showed interest in the design and its therapeutic impact, and also participated in planting roses named after her.
Catherine’s Rose has been linked to the Royal Marsden Cancer Charity as a commitment to wellbeing and mental health.
Dressed casually, the princess was warmly welcomed by the hospital staff.
The visit included a stop at the cancer wellness center, where Kate openly shared how she has experienced the process following her treatment.
She spoke about the challenges of this less visible stage and the value of emotional support on the road to recovery.
