While Prince William was visiting Wales, Kate Middleton didn’t sit idly by.
The Princess of Wales has been taking on more responsibility since announcing on September 9 that she finished her cancer treatment.
It is inspiring to see how, little by little, she has been getting back to her schedule, maintaining her commitment to the causes she is passionate about.
On November 9 and 10, Kate was one of the key figures at the Remembrance Day events, and now she has made another significant appearance.
Kate Middleton’s Business Meeting at Windsor Castle
On November 19, a meeting was held at Windsor Castle, where Kate gathered her Early Years team, once again demonstrating her dedication to a cause close to her heart.
In 2021, she and Prince William launched the Royal Foundation Center for Early Childhood. This initiative seeks to raise awareness and promote actions that highlight the crucial importance of the early years and how they can transform society in the future.
As the Court Circular states, “The Princess of Wales, Joint Patron, the Royal Foundation of The Prince and Princess of Wales, this morning held an Early Years Meeting at Windsor Castle.”
In a joint message on their social media, they shared:
“On #WorldChildrensDay The Royal Foundation Centre for @EarlyChildhood highlights the vital importance of the first five years of a child’s life and how supporting social and emotional development can make us happier, healthier adults.” It is beautiful to see how they focus on such essential topics for child development.
It is worth mentioning that this meeting took place hours before Prince William, along with King Charles and Queen Camilla, attended the Diplomatic Corps reception at Buckingham Palace where Kate was the big absentee.
Looking ahead, it is anticipated that her next major appearance will be at the fourth annual “Together at Christmas” concert at Westminster Abbey, scheduled for Friday, December 6.
So, while Prince William is in Wales, Kate reminds us that, despite the challenges, social engagement and teamwork remain her priority.
