After nine months away from her royal responsibilities, news of Princess Kate Middleton’s possible return has captured the public’s attention.
The Princess of Wales, who revealed in March that she is dealing with a cancer diagnosis, has been out of the public eye due to her treatment, which began following abdominal surgery in January.
Throughout this time, Kate, 42, has made few appearances, highlighted only at events such as Trooping the Colour in June and Wimbledon in July, where she was accompanied by her daughter, Princess Charlotte, and sister Pippa Middleton.
During the summer break, the family enjoyed a stay at Anmer Hall in Norfolk. Their itinerary also included a visit to Balmoral Castle in Scotland, where they shared moments with King Charles and other relatives. They were also photographed on their way to church on August 25.
Where will Kate Middleton appear next?
Recently, it has been reported that the princess may attend the annual Remembrance Day memorial, scheduled for Nov. 10 in London, according to The Sunday Times.
Kate is expected to attend along with Prince William, her father-in-law King Charles, and the rest of the royal family to honor fallen service members.
Her possible attendance would mark a significant moment, as so far there is no confirmed date for her full return to royal duties or scheduled official engagements.
Despite her treatment, Kate has continued to work from her home in Windsor. According to the press, she continues to hold regular meetings with her team to plan the future of her royal initiatives.
On September 6, she showed her enthusiasm to resume her duties when the time is right by congratulating adventurer Dwayne Fields on his new position as Chief Scout of Scouts UK.
Meanwhile, preparations for Kate’s annual carol concert in December are already underway, indicating that the princess remains committed to her duties, even in the midst of her battle with illness.
