A new poll of Britons aged between 18 and 75 reveals that Kate Middleton, 42, has risen to the top of public preferences.
A remarkable 66 percent of respondents expressed a favorable opinion of her.
Her husband, Prince William, ranks second in popularity with a 65% favorability rating and a low 13% unfavorability rating.
Princess Anne completes the trio of the most popular, with 62% approval and only 9% disapproval.
The poll also ranks King Charles in fourth place with a 56% approval rating.
Popularity of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle
It is a different story for Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, who are considered significantly less popular in the country.
The survey indicates that only 28% of Britons have a favorable opinion of Harry, while a sizeable 46% view him unfavorably.
In the case of Meghan Markle, the figures are even lower, with a 21% approval rating and 53% disapproval.
However, it is worth noting that the couple scored better among young Britons, some of whom even support Harry’s return to the UK as an active royal.
Prince Andrew, on the other hand, is in an even more critical situation, with only 10 percent of Britons having a favorable opinion of him, while 66 percent view him negatively.
Overall, the results of this survey suggest that the British royal family enjoys a relatively strong level of acceptance, being viewed positively among various age groups and regions of the country, despite the controversies and personal challenges faced by some of its members.
