The Princess of Wales, Kate Middleton, underwent abdominal surgery on January 16, according to Buckingham Palace, without giving further details about the reason or severity of the procedure.
After spending two weeks at The London Clinic, a prestigious private hospital, Kate moved to her residence at Adelaide Cottage in Windsor, where she continued her recovery under the supervision of royal doctors.

However, Prince William’s wife has decided to change scenery and has moved to Anmer Hall, her country home in the county of Norfolk, where she is enjoying the company of her three children, George, Charlotte and Louis, who are on school holidays.
According to the Daily Mail, Kate joined her family in Norfolk last Friday after spending a few days in Windsor.
“Catherine is recovering well,” a source told the outlet. “She was looking forward to a change of scene and will be able to take it easy in Norfolk while the children let off steam with William.”
The Princess of Wales is not the only one who has opted to spend time in Norfolk.
Prince Charles, who was recently diagnosed with cancer, is also at Sandringham, the monarch’s residence there.
Charles returned to Sandringham after being in London for treatment.
On Sunday, February 11, Charles attended services at the local church with his wife, Queen Camilla, and looked well.
Both Charles and Kate hope to recover soon from their respective ailments and resume their official engagements.
In the meantime, they are enjoying the warmth of their family and the tranquility of Norfolk.
