This Tuesday, January 30, King Felipe VI of Spain turns 56 years old. True to his work ethic and commitment to the institutions, the monarch has celebrated his onomastic with an intense work schedule at the Zarzuela Palace, without taking the day off.
Alone, Felipe VI received representatives of the Spanish Federation of Municipalities and Provinces, the Brazil-Spain Chamber of Commerce, and the Polytechnic University of Madrid.

On the occasion of the 40th anniversary of the Spanish Federation of Municipalities and Provinces (FEMP), its Board of Governors came to personally congratulate the king on the occasion of his 56th birthday.
Headed by its president María José García-Pelayo Jurado, the members of the FEMP met with the monarch, who politely thanked them for their words. Afterward, they all posed for the official photo of the meeting.

Later, Felipe VI received a delegation from the Brazil-Spain Chamber of Commerce, with the purpose of exchanging impressions on the future lines of bilateral work between the two countries, coinciding with the centenary of this business institution, a reference in Spanish-Brazilian trade relations.

Finally, the King held a meeting with representatives of the School of Forestry, Forestry, and Natural Environment Engineering of the Polytechnic University of Madrid, on the occasion of the 175th anniversary of this centenary academic institution.
