Two months after his visit to London for the state funeral of Queen Elizabeth II, King Philip returned to the British capital and held a meeting with the now King Charles III.
The Spanish head of state traveled to the British capital to attend the celebration of the 135th anniversary of the creation of the Spanish Chamber of Commerce in the United Kingdom, so the monarch took the opportunity to meet with the new king King Felipe and King Charles of Great Britain.
Meeting between King Philip and King Charles
King Philip moved to Clarence House for his meeting with the British monarch. This has been his official residence since before his marriage to Camilla Parker and at the moment he has no intention of moving into Buckingham Palace, the official residence of the King and Queen of England.
This meeting was of a private nature, so it was not known what topics were discussed. Although in the photographs that were published it was a pleasant conversation, it was also possible to appreciate the notable difference in height between the two kings.
