King Felipe at the meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Cervantes Institute in Madrid was the official event where the monarch appeared after the strong attack against his family by Juan Carlos’s ex-lover, Corinna Larsen.
Accompanied by Queen Letizia, the monarch fulfilled his official commitment with total normality, without mentioning the statements that are sinking the royal family.

Letizia chose a black and white design recovered from her closet. A black flared skirt that was seen for the first time five years ago and combined it with a white blouse that has also been seen on other occasions. She also wore Magrit’s clutch, bamboo cane-shaped yellow gold earrings, and her Karen Hallam ring.
Both King Felipe and Letizia maintained royal protocol and did not even mention what was happening outside doors with Corinna Larsen’s explosive statements.
