This weekend has been very exciting for King Felipe VI and his family.
Felipe VI was the most important person at a military ceremony that took place at the Military Academy of Zaragoza on Saturday, May 4.
This ceremony celebrated 40 years since the King swore allegiance to the flag of Spain.
But what made this event even more special was that it took place in the same place where Princess Leonor, the King’s eldest daughter, is receiving her military training.
Therefore, all eyes were on the Princess.
Family reunion in Zaragoza
There was Leonor, dressed as just another cadet, while her father, King Felipe VI, kissed the flag again under the watchful eye of Queen Letizia.
Afterward, the Royal Household shared some photos in which the Princess could be seen meeting with her parents privately, outside the formal protocol of the event.
The King and Queen, with their daughter in the center, posed smiling and happy for what they had experienced.

But what we did not know until now is that after this reunion, Queen Letizia, King Felipe VI and his daughter enjoyed a great evening at the restaurant ‘Aura’ in Zaragoza.
As told by the Spanish journalist, Nuria Marin, who also shared an image of the King and Queen and their daughter in this place where they ate accompanied by the monarch’s other classmates.
In the image, it can be seen that both Letizia and Felipe VI changed their clothes for this midday plan.
Queen Letizia’s style
During the military event, the Queen wore a light blue Hugo Boss jacket and pantsuit and her hair down.
However, in this image taken shortly after at the restaurant, she is seen wearing a black dress with a midi skirt, wide straps and V-shaped neckline, as well as wearing her hair in a low bun.
For his part, the King, who wore a green uniform to kiss the flag, later opted for another gala and dark uniform, very matching with his wife.
The one who kept her same outfit was Princess Leonor, who did not take off her cadet uniform for this family meal.
Judging by the picture, the evening lasted until late in the afternoon in this restaurant that has a large terrace and magnificent views of the Basilica del Pilar.
Thus, Felipe VI and Letizia were able to enjoy time and in a relaxed manner, in the company of their daughter, who will continue, after this meeting, with her military training at the academy.
