Princess Lilibet and Prince Archie surprised many with a special, albeit small, appearance in the latest video Meghan Markle shared on her Instagram.
Recently, the sad news broke that Meghan’s beloved puppy Guy had passed away. The Duchess herself shared the news with her followers.
In an emotional video, the Duchess recalls the story of her little dog, from the time she adopted him from a kennel to his last moments.
In these images, Archie and Lilibet, Meghan and Harry’s children, who are not usually seen in public, also appear.

Despite the sad news, fans of the couple have had the opportunity to see the little ones.
The video shows endearing moments, such as Harry strolling around the stables with little Archie and Meghan enjoying a picnic with Lilibet and their two dogs.
In the final part of the clip, the children’s voices are heard singing a song dedicated to their pet: “We love you Guy, yes we do. We love you Guy, and we’ll be true. When you’re not near us, we’re blue.”
This cameo by the kids marked their first appearance on Meghan’s new social media.
Meghan accompanied the video with a touching caption in tribute to Guy.
“In Memory of Guy,” the Duchess began in the caption of the tribute to her dog. “In 2015, I adopted a beagle from a dog rescue in Canada. He had been at a kill shelter in Kentucky and given a few days to live. I swooped him up … and fell in love. They referred to him as ‘the little guy’ because he was so small and frail, so I named him ‘Guy’. And he was the best guy any girl could have asked for.”
So, while this moment is bittersweet, the Sussex family allows us a glimpse into their family life as they honor the memory of a dear furry friend.
