Kate Middleton and Meghan Markle have something in common besides having married British princes. Both have worn the same lace dress by designer Diane von Furstenberg.
The dress both women wore is called Zorita and is a classic design that has been popular among celebrities.

Meghan Markle was the first to wear the dress in 2012 for a USA Network event in Los Angeles. Kate Middleton wore it to an Anna Freud National Center gala at Kensington Palace in 2017. Both women wore the dress differently, pairing it with different accessories and hairstyles.
Diane von Furstenberg recalled the fact that both women have worn the same dress in an Instagram post. The veteran designer uploaded a post with photos of the two women wearing the classic style.
“The Zorita dress is a lace dress with long sleeves, fitted bodice, and criss-cross skirt tied at the waist.”
It’s interesting to see how two women who didn’t know each other before marrying British princes have something in common like this iconic Diane von Furstenberg dress. Meghan wore it when she was married to her ex-husband Trevor Engelson, and Kate wore it when she was engaged to Prince William.
