It is no secret to anyone the tense relationship between the Duchess of Sussex and the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, although neither has officially ruled on the discrepancies between the couples it is known that Meghan Markle and Kate Middleton do not carry the best of relationships.
A new episode about the relationship between the two came to light. It was learned that Meghan gave Kate a gold bracelet designed by Californian jeweler Lisette Polny as a thank you after her wedding to Prince Harry in 2018, this happened after Meghan allegedly made Kate cry a few days before the royal wedding. Recently, Meghan claimed in the explosive interview with Oprah Winfrey that it was the Duchess of Cambridge who had made her cry.
According to writer Andrew Morton, author of ‘Meghan: A Princess of Hollywood’ despite the gesture of peace there was little chance that Meghan and Kate would develop a friendship.
Hope that the two duchesses would come closer faded when Harry and Meghan this year reaffirmed their resignation as royals. The couple continues with their lives in California where four months ago they welcomed their second daughter Lilibet Diana Mountbatten-Windsor.
