Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have reappeared three months after their last public act. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex attended the NAACP Image Awards gala and showed themselves to be true Hollywood stars.
The couple has been awarded a recognition of their work for “having joined the fight for equality both in the United States and in the rest of the world.”
Meghan and Harry did not attend alone, they were accompanied by Doria Ragland, mother of Meghan Markle, who took the stage to pose with the couple.
Meghan Markle blue dress
For this occasion, Meghan Markle has opted for a spectacular blue dress of Greek inspiration with asymmetrical neckline signed by Christopher John Rogers. The suit made of four-layer silk, in two tones has a light turquoise blue layer as an extension of the dress itself.
Meghan paired her blue dress with a blue stone bracelet that belonged to the late Princess Diana. She has completed her gala outfit with sandals with Aquazurra bracelet.
Notably, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex have demonstrated their commitment to racial equality and chose black designers.
Harry in his speech has not hesitated to praise his wife:
“I come from a very different background than my amazing wife, but our lives came together for a reason … We share the commitment to a life of service, the responsibility to confront injustice…”
Meghan has not hesitated to reply:
“I couldn’t be more proud that we’re doing this work together,” she said, as she looked proudly at her husband.
