This Monday, September 19, Meghan Markle has worn a beautiful cape dress to say a final farewell to Queen Elizabeth II after 12 days of mourning and memorial events in England.

The state funeral of Elizabeth II at Westminster Abbey was a historic moment that brought together representatives of all the royals and hundreds of world political leaders.

Meghan Markle, made headlines on this day for two reasons; her tears as the Queen’s coffin passed in front of her and the second reason was for her elegant black cape dress.

Meghan splurged on style by opting for a midi-cut cape dress with a closed neckline by Stella McCartney.

The beautiful dress has combined it with a beautiful curved brim pamela made of raffia and tilted to the right. A delicate accessory by the famous milliner Stephen Jones for the Parisian house of Dior.

In terms of accessories, Prince Harry’s wife has opted for simple and minimalist jewelry, with a pair of small and discreet pearl and diamond earrings, a gift from Queen Elizabeth II.

She has also worn the iconic Love bracelet in yellow gold by Cartier and her makeup was simple with pink lips and cheeks, eyes marked with dark shadows, very thin black stockings and very high pointed toe pumps. On her arrival at the Cathedral a pair of silk gloves could be seen on her hands.
