Meghan Markle has once again captured attention, not just for her philanthropic efforts but also for her effortlessly chic style.
In a recent Instagram video, she appeared wearing a simple yet meaningful black sweater, which featured a heartfelt tribute to her children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet.
Meghan Markle’s custom sweater
The sweater, crafted by Club Chainstitch, stood out thanks to the delicate embroidery near the neckline, where Meghan had the names “Archie” and “Lili” stitched in white thread.
This personalized touch transformed the discreet black garment into a piece of interest among many of his followers.
The brand quickly responded to the unexpected spotlight. Reposting Meghan’s video on Instagram, Club Chainstitch expressed their excitement with the caption:
“Wow!!!! Meghan is wearing a Club Chainstitch sweatshirt! Meghan is wearing the unisex black sweatshirt. She has her kids’ names Archie and Lili embroidered on the collar.”
Priced at around $73, the unisex sweatshirt can be customized with different symbols, text, and colors.
Ann Leachman personally embroiders each piece using a vintage 1920s chainstitch machine in her Chicago studio, adding an authentic, handcrafted charm to every order.
Meghan Markle’s Instagram appearance
Meghan sported the jersey in a video posted on Instagram as she recounted reaching out to a mother and daughter affected by the Los Angeles fires, whose home had been devastated.
The daughter had lost her prized Billie Eilish concert T-shirt in the fire, prompting Meghan to promise to get the jersey.
“I said, “Well, I don’t know Billie Eilish, but I’m going to figure out how to get you this T-shirt,” the Duchess recounted.
True to her word, Meghan leveraged her contacts to get items signed by the singer, including clothing, a vinyl record and a lunchbox, which she showed off in the video.
