The Duchess of Sussex follows a diet that includes fruits, vegetables, and carbohydrates. She is an advocate of veganism and has stated that she follows an 80% vegan diet, which accepts adding animal proteins from time to time.

Meghan follows a healthy Californian lifestyle based on delicious fresh food and daily exercise as she is a fan of yoga and on several occasions has talked about how exercise is an important part of her daily routine.

On a normal day, Meghan consumes her favorite foods:
- Breakfast: steel-cut oatmeal with almond or soy milk, bananas, and agave syrup. She can also opt for an omelet with cheese, fresh herbs, and toast.
- Lunch: Salads with some type of protein.
- Snack: Sliced apples and peanut butter.
- Afternoon green juice: Apple, kale, spinach, lemon, and ginger.
