Meghan Markle’s lawsuit against the Mail on Sunday changes strategy. This time it was known that the Duchess of Sussex decided to dispense with the services of her lawyer David Sherborn.

Sherbom, is the same one who represents Johnny Depp in the case against News Group Newspapers and for his confrontation with his ex-wife, Amber Heard.

Prince Harry’s wife is suing the associated newspapers over an article where they published parts of a “private and confidential” letter sent to her father, Thomas Markle, before their wedding in August 2018.

To proceed with the lawsuit, Markle said the post echoed private information and violated the Data Protection Act.

The star of the Suit series decided to renew her strategy against the media. According to The Time newspaper, they confirmed that now Justin Rushbrooke, the queen’s advisor, will be in charge of taking the case.

Last August, Markle won one of the battles, the judge ruled in his favor to protect the identities of the five friends who gave an anonymous interview to an American magazine.
