Based on this text: Meghan Markle hinted that she might undertake a project with her daughter Lilibet in the future.
The revelation came during a conversation with Tina Knowles, Beyoncé’s mother, on an episode of her podcast Confessions of a Female Founder.
Meghan Markle Hints at Business With Daughter Lilibet
Inspired by Knowles’ experience with her daughter in creating the Cécred brand, the Duchess expressed her desire to share something similar with her three-year-old daughter, whom she has with Prince Harry.
“I wonder if one day I’ll be in business with Lili and we’ll be building something,” Meghan said.
The conversation also provided an opportunity to reflect on As Ever, the lifestyle brand Meghan launched in March.
The Duchess commented that, after more than a year of planning, the debut was so successful that the products sold out in just 45 minutes.
Although she compared that phenomenon to the excitement surrounding sneaker releases, she also pointed out that she doesn’t want her products to be consumed in moderation, but rather to be available on a consistent basis.
“That scarcity mentality at the beginning might be a hook for people, not dissimilar to a sneaker drop,” Markle said. “But when you’re talking about products… I don’t want you to eat that jam once every six months. I want it to be on your shelf all the time.”
Meghan is waiting for a solid foundation before launching new units, without haste but with intention.
