Meghan Markle has resumed her podcast ‘Archetypes’ after the death of Queen Elizabeth II, and has given a statement that for many is a strong hint to Buckingham Palace.
A few days ago it was known that the Sussex had decided to put a stop to their confrontation with the British royal house. According to sources in the American audiovisual industry consulted by Page Six, Harry and Meghan would be trying to eliminate or soften some of the things they have said about King Charles III, Queen Camilla, and the princes of Wales, William and Kate, in their upcoming biographical products.

Given this decision, many thought they would now take a softer approach to the Firm following the death of Elizabeth II, but apparently nothing has changed.
What did Meghan Markle say in her podcast?
Last October 4, Meghan has published a new episode of her podcast, the first one after the mourning for the death of Elizabeth II. There she has returned to normality with a new conversation in which, once again, there has been no shortage of references to the British royal house.
For this new episode, Meghan had two guests: journalist Lisa Ling and comedian Margaret Cho. They talked about the stereotypes that affect Asian women.
Meghan, took advantage of her space to urge her followers to be their “best and true selves”.
“Whether you want to be weird or sponge-like, be goofy or fierce, curious or even self-doubting, insecure some days and strong and brave on others. Whatever it is, it’s up to you,” Meghan Markle assured at the end of her episode. She continued, “Just be yourself no matter what society, archetypes or the loud voice coming from a small place tells you what you should be.”
“Be yourself, with all your layers, sometimes weird, sometimes amazing, but always your best and true self. Just be you. You are so much bigger than any archetype,” Meghan Markle has assured.
For many those words were directed to Buckingham Palace, since on many occasions the Duchess of Sussex has expressed that when she was a member of the British royal family she did not have the total freedom to do what she wanted and be herself.
Meghan Markle had to walk around naked in a spa
Prince Harry’s wife has also confessed to a very traumatic moment she faced during puberty.
In addition to talking about her life when she was part of the British royal family, Meghan also an anecdote she experienced with her mother, Doria Ragland, when they went together to a Korean spa, where they prohibited the use of bathing suits and she had to walk naked inside the facilities.
“For those who haven’t been before, it’s a very humiliating experience for a girl going through puberty, because you walk into a room with women between the ages of nine and maybe ninety, all walking around naked and waiting to have a body scrub done on one of these tables that are all lined up in a row. I just wanted to put on a bathing suit, but it wasn’t allowed,” she has said.
A traumatic experience she managed to overcome. “Once I got over that teenage embarrassment, my mom and I went upstairs, sat in a room and ate a steaming bowl of the most delicious noodles,” Meghan Markle said.
