In her first podcast interview since meeting Prince Harry, Meghan Markle shared personal aspects of her family life during a conversation with her friend Jamie Kern Lima.
The visibly emotional Duchess of Sussex revealed that she sends “secret emails” to her children Archie and Lili to read when they are older, describing it as her particular “love language.”

During the episode, Markle read a letter from her little ones that read:
“From Archie and Lili via Papa. We love your cooking. We love your pancakes and we love, love, love your hugs. You’re the best mummy and we love you”, a gesture that moved her to tears.
The recording, done in an intimate setting at Lima’s home-no makeup and in comfortable clothes-allowed Meghan to talk about her struggles as a mother and her personal insights.
“I really want to be good at this,” she confessed about motherhood, while reflecting on the value of feeling worthy without the need to constantly prove it.
She also revealed details about her relationship with Harry, explaining that the nickname “H” came up during their first meetings when they were keeping their romance a secret.
Among other confessions, Markle mentioned her preference for series like Bridgerton, although she admitted not having seen The Crown.
This public appearance comes shortly after Meghan shared previously unpublished images of her children on social media and a video where little Lilibet’s California accent is heard for the first time, generating great excitement among her followers for these little windows into her family life.
