Meghan Markle appears to be setting her sights on an elite financial milestone—the billionaire’s club.
The Duchess of Sussex, 43, has recently embarked on a series of ambitious business ventures, ranging from a new Netflix show and lifestyle brand to a fresh podcast and a digital storefront.
Meghan Markle’s Business Empire
According to The Telegraph, Markle is reportedly “convinced” that these projects will significantly increase her net worth.
A source close to the matter suggested that she firmly believes she’s on the path to becoming a billionaire, particularly with the support of the strategic team she has assembled.
In her latest endeavor, the former actress launched the trailer for her podcast, “Confessions of a Female Founder.”
In the teaser, she promises engaging conversations about entrepreneurship, sharing insights on transforming “small ideas into billion-dollar businesses” alongside influential female guests.
Meanwhile, Markle’s digital storefront has also drawn attention, with critics accusing her of “monetizing the monarchy.”
Through a ShopMy page, she earns commissions on luxury products featured in affiliate links.
According to People, Meghan Markle’s new referral business has been a success and the clothes are selling out fast.
Her growing brand empire also includes “As Ever,” a lifestyle company that evolved from its previous name, American Riviera Orchard, following trademark challenges.
The brand, which has yet to announce an official launch date, debuted some of its products in Markle’s Netflix series “With Love, Meghan.”
This eight-episode program, part of the Sussex’s $100 million deal with the streaming giant.
Despite mixed reviews and lower viewership compared to the couple’s 2022 documentary “Harry & Meghan,” Netflix appears to be optimistic about Markle’s cooking and lifestyle content.
We don’t know if Meghan is really looking for a path to billionaire status, what we do know is that she is determined to carve out a powerful niche for herself in the business world.
