The popular series about the British royal family The Crown has already started filming the episodes of the sixth and final season.
The actors who bring the royal characters to life have been captured in London, in the midst of filming the episodes that will have actress Imelda Staunton reprising her role as Queen Elizabeth.

In the images that have been able to be captured from the recordings appears Stauton in a blue suit similar to the one the monarch wore in the November 1997 service at Westminster Abbey. This was the royal family appearing after the death and funeral of Princess Diana.
Sharing scenes were actors Jonathan Pryce as Prince Philip, Dominic West as Prince Charles, Claudia Harrison as Princess Anne, Lesley Manville as Princess Margaret and Marcia Warren as the Queen Mother.
They were not the only ones, the actors who will play Prince William and Prince Harry were also seen. Ed McVey will be the Prince of Wales and Luther Ford the Duke of Sussex. Rufus Kampa will be the other actor who will play Prince William in this last season.
In addition Meg Bellamy has been chosen to impersonate the Duchess of Cornwall, Kate Middleton. Other characters who will also be this season are Prince Edward, Prince Andrew and Sir Tim Laurence, Princess Anne’s husband.
When will season 6 of The Crown air
The sixth and final season of The Crown is expected to premiere on streaming giant Netflix in late 2023.
