Fans of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex have had a rare and touching photo resurface that captures Prince Archie’s tender connection with his grandmother, Doria Ragland.
For many, the snapshot shows a touching glimpse into the private lives of the Sussex family.
The family photo we’re talking about was released as part of the Netflix docuseries ‘Harry & Meghan’.
Photo of Doria Ragland and Archie
As captivating have cataloged in social media the photograph, in which Doria Ragland, Meghan’s mother, holds little Archie while looking at him totally in love.
Apparently, this picture, taken a few days after Archie’s birth, perfectly captures Doria’s love for Archie.
It is no secret that Doria Ragland has played a key role in the support and upbringing of her grandson, Prince Archie, from the beginning.
Meghan’s mother lived for a time with the Duke and Duchess of Sussex at Frogmore Cottage, the property the couple received as a wedding gift from the late Elizabeth II.
Prince Harry in his memoir ‘Spare’ fondly recalled his time at Frogmore Cottage, asserting that the place had enchanted him and Meghan, they loved walking in the gardens and getting to know all the flowers, for a moment they felt they were ” destined to live there.”
“We loved that place. From the first minute. It felt as if we were destined to live there.”
However, after only a couple of years at Frogmore Cottage, Harry and Meghan resigned as active royals.
In 2023, just after ascending to the throne, King Charles evicted the couple from the property.
That’s why the family photograph, which captures an intimate moment within the walls of Frogmore Cottage, takes on so much significance.
