Blending in with the sea of fans at the Frankfurt Arena, the Prince of Wales was there to cheer as England faced Denmark in their second group stage match.

The heir to the throne, who also serves as the president of the English Football Association (FA), combined his football enthusiasm with early birthday festivities ahead of turning 42 on Friday, June 21.
His wife, the Princess of Wales, also 42, remained in the UK, focusing on her cancer treatment and staying away from public engagements.
Prince William joined thousands of England supporters in Germany, rallying behind Gareth Southgate’s squad during the Euro 2024, which began on June 14.
A passionate soccer fan, William attended England’s matches at Euro 2021, although he missed the World Cup in Qatar last year.
Fans hoped for another victory in the match on Thursday, June 20, but England and Denmark ended up in a 1-1 draw.
Previously, England secured a win in their first tournament match against Serbia on June 16.
With 4 points, England is currently at the top of Group C. Denmark and Slovenia are tied with 2 points each, and Serbia is trailing with just 1 point.
Before heading to Germany, William surprised the England team at St George’s Park, their national football center in Burton upon Trent, presenting them with team shirts as they prepared for the Euros.
A devoted Aston Villa supporter, William shared a heartwarming story about discussing the Euros with his children—Prince George, ten, Princess Charlotte, nine, and Prince Louis, six—during their school run.
William relayed the amusing advice his kids had for the team to boost their chances of winning.
“I was on the school run this morning with the children and I asked them what I should say to you today. The best bit of advice I got was to eat twice as much as you normally eat,” William recounted with a smile.
England’s captain Harry Kane playfully responded, “I don’t think our nutritionist will be happy with that advice.”
