The Kate Middleton photo editing controversy has taken center stage, leaving many questioning the transparency of the British Royal Family.
Piers Morgan, a renowned critic and commentator, has delved deep into the matter, unveiling a series of alarming revelations that have left the world intrigued and concerned.
What did Piers Morgan say about Kate Middleton?
Piers Morgan, known for his candid and unfiltered opinions, has expressed grave concerns over the handling of the Kate Middleton photo editing saga by the Royal Family.
Speaking on his YouTube channel, Piers Morgan Uncensored, the outspoken presenter claimed to have received “alarming” information about what is truly unfolding behind the scenes.
“I’ve been told some stuff that, if even half of it is true, it’s pretty alarming what is happening,” said Morgan
Morgan’s remarks come in the wake of Kensington Palace’s admission that a photograph shared on social media for Mother’s Day had been edited, leading to a frenzy of speculation and criticism.
Despite major media agencies issuing a “kill notification” on the doctored image, the Royal Family has remained tight-lipped, refusing to release the original photograph.
The former Good Morning Britain host has questioned the motives behind the Royal Family’s actions, pondering aloud:
“Why is Princess Catherine, who is recovering from abdominal surgery, spending time hunched over Photoshop, making amateur edits of official portraits when they literally have servants to do that?”
Morgan’s inquisitive nature has led him to probe deeper into the matter, raising suspicions about potential cover-ups or hidden agendas.
The outspoken presenter has also expressed concern over the impact of this scandal on the Royal Family’s reputation, particularly in the United States.
“It’s turned the Royal Family into a laughing stock in America,” Morgan lamented, underscoring the potential damage to their image on the global stage.
Throughout his coverage, Morgan has consistently urged for transparency and accountability, emphasizing the need for the Royal Family to address the mounting concerns and provide clear explanations.
Piers Morgan is concerned about the lack of transparency and how Kensington Palace has handled the drama surrounding the edited photograph of Kate Middleton and the mishandling of speculation about Kate’s health.
Morgan also questions whether the image was actually taken the week before and why they did not choose to release another unedited photograph when the press asked for it.
“If it was so awful [it needed editing] why not release one of the other photos from the archives they never released,” said.
Kensington Palace no longer a trusted source
The credibility of the Prince and Princess of Wales is starting to break down and it is beginning to take its toll.
For Phil Chetwynd, global news director for Agence France-Press (AFP), Kensington Palace “can no longer be trusted.”
In an interview on BBC Radio 4’s The Media Show, asked if the Palace was “a trusted source,” he replied, “No, absolutely not. Like with anything, when you’re let down by a source the bar is raised.”
