Little Prince George Alexander Louis has grown up. The son of Prince William and Princess Kate Middleton turns 10 years old this, July 22.
As is tradition, to celebrate the royal family, especially his parents, shared a tender image that reveals several details.
The first of them is how big is the future heir to the British crown and the second that breaks one of the traditions imposed by the Princess of Wales herself.
Prince George 10th birthday
In the official portrait to celebrate George’s birthday, the Prince and Princess of Wales shared an image of their eldest son taken in early June.
George, who is third in line to the throne, is pictured sitting on the steps of Windsor Castle. He looks very smiling and in an almost adult posture.
George is wearing green pants, a checked shirt and brown suede shoes.

The photo was taken by Millie Pilkington, who seems to be the photographer that the future King and Queen of England have chosen to take their official photos.
The choice of Pilkington to take the photo breaks the tradition of Kate Middleton.
Until now, all the images that have been distributed of the birthdays of the three children of the Prince and Princess of Wales were taken by Kate herself, a great amateur photographer, in which we could see the children in totally everyday scenes and far from an official portrait.
This is the second time Millie has been chosen to make an official portrait. The previous time was on the occasion of Father’s Day. The images show William surrounded by his three children.
Everything indicates that Pilkinton will become Kate and William’s official photographer.
