Animal rights activists have accused the Duke of Cambridge of exposing his son to “causal murder.”
The images were captured during a family vacation in Scotland last weekend. William and other royals spent the morning slaughtering birds in Corgarff.
PETA activists criticized the behavior of the royal family. They alleged that a child who practices a sport of this type could have “damage to his psyche.”
Mimi Bekhechi, PETA Director, said:
“For a child to be forced to witness such a casual slaughter, by a parent he admires, is potentially as damaging to his psyche as to the bird’s life itself.”
“To help him become a responsible and compassionate leader, his parents must teach him to respect all living things.” Bekhechi pointed out.
