This Thursday, September 15, Prince Harry turned 38 years old, a date marked by the death of his grandmother and that has left him with a birthday you will never forget.
The Duke of Sussex, who is in England until the end of the mourning period for his grandmother, never imagined he would have to spend his birthday in the middle of the events for the funeral of Her Majesty.
Prince Harry’s sad birthday
This 2022 is a year of reunions for him, he had a slight approach to his family last June when he traveled with his wife Meghan to London to celebrate the Platinum Jubilee for Queen Elizabeth’s 70 years on the throne. According to the British press, he did not meet with his brother or nieces and nephews.
That long-awaited reunion took place last September 10, two days after the Queen’s death, when he, Meghan, William and Kate walked out of Windsor Castle to greet the people who left flowers and presents in honor of the monarch.
At the moment, it is known that the Sussexes are at Frogmore Cottage, which was to be their official residence if they remained at The Firm, as the British monarchy is known. The couple is considering taking their children Archie, 3, and Lilibet, 1, to the UK as it is the first time they have spent so much time away from them.
After the funeral and the days of mourning, only time will tell what will happen with the Duke of Sussex’s projects and if he will maintain the unity that has been seen in recent days with his family.
