Amidst the hustle and bustle of Las Vegas, Prince Harry made a brief but significant appearance.
The Duke of Sussex took part in an event organized by The Diana Award, as part of ServiceNow’s Knowledge 2025 conference, where he spoke about what he considers to be one of the most powerful drivers of change out there: young people.

Wearing an impeccable navy blue suit and white shirt, Prince Harry presented a new initiative called Pledge to Invest.
It’s a program designed to support youth leadership, encourage inclusion and, above all, to make it clear that there is a lot of potential out there that remains untapped.
“Far too many young people are locked out of leadership pipelines,” he said during the conversation with Tessy Ojo, executive director of the organization.
Harry did not go alone. He was accompanied by two young people who are already making a difference: Sikander Khan and Christina Williams, both recognized with the Legacy Award for their social work.
From the stage, the Invictus Games founder got straight to the point. He spoke of the value of empathy, the weight of mental health and the urgent need for the world to listen to those who are tired of waiting.
“This generation isn’t waiting for permission to lead – they are already doing it,” he asserted, convinced that something is changing.
The event coincided with his son Archie’s sixth birthday. The little boy celebrated in Montecito with Meghan Markle.
Harry, for his part, chose to be in Nevada, something that already happened in 2023 when he traveled to London for his father’s coronation. That time, at least, he made it back in time for the final hours of the celebration.
His trip also came shortly after he lost his appeal to recover British state-funded security.
The issue is not a minor one. In an interview with the BBC, the duke admitted that the situation has affected him deeply.
“I would love to reconcile,” he said, referring to the rift with his father, King Charles III.
He also hinted at his concern for the monarch’s health: “Life is precious. I don’t know how much longer my father has.”
From Buckingham they responded with a brief statement that left little room for interpretation. They assured that the whole matter has been thoroughly reviewed by the courts, with no change in the outcome.
