In a video posted by the Canucks’ official account, Prince Harry can be seen dancing and laughing playfully in his private box seat.

The reason for Harry’s dancing is because the home team, the Canucks, scored a goal, an elated Duke jumped out of his seat to celebrate with a dance to “Don’t You Forget About Me” by Simple Minds.

In the video, Meghan is seen putting down her wine glass and joining her husband in celebration.

This appearance of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex in Canada follows Meghan Markle’s glamorous appearance at the Variety Power of Women event last week.

For this casual outing, Meghan wore an outfit valued at more than 65 thousand dollars where jewelry was the protagonist.

For his part, Prince Harry went casual in a navy blue crew neck sweater with a white shirt underneath and a pair of blue jeans.

He complemented his styling with a matching navy blue coat and opted for light blue-gray shoes.

It’s not the first time a royal has attended a game to drop the puck at the rink.

Twenty-two years ago, Harry’s late grandmother, Queen Elizabeth II, did the honors during her Golden Jubilee tour of Canada.

Elizabeth II also received the honor of dropping the puck during a Vancouver Canucks and San Jose Sharks game.

Royal fans immediately noticed that Harry’s ceremonial puck drop was similar to that of the late Queen.

Prince Harry’s animated dancing and huge smile are a clear indication that he is excited to return to Vancouver for the 2025 Invictus Games.

The Invictus Games is an international adapted sports tournament founded by the Duke of Sussex for veterans and wounded military personnel.

Having served in Afghanistan himself, the event has special meaning for Harry.
