Prince Harry shared a touching message when no other royals joined him at the Invictus Games event on Wednesday.
At St Paul’s Cathedral, Prince Harry took part in a ceremony marking the 10th anniversary of the Invictus Games.

Duke of Sussex read a passage from Corinthians, talking about the importance of different talents and services coming together for the greater good.
“Now there are varieties of gifts, with the same spirit and there are varieties of services, with the same lord, and there are varieties of activities, but it is the same god who activates all of them in everyone. To each is given the manifestation of the spirit of the common good.”
While Prince Harry was at the cathedral, King Charles, along with Camilla, Prince Edward, the Duchess of Edinburgh, and Princess Anne, attended a garden party at Buckingham Palace.
Inside the cathedral, Prince Harry was welcomed warmly by his mother’s siblings, Charles Spencer and Lady Jane Fellowes, who hugged him.
Prince Harry started the Invictus Games in 2014 when he was still a working member of the Royal Family.
These games help wounded veterans recover through sports, esports, and exciting challenges.
Back in February, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle went to Canada for the One Year to Go celebrations of the Invictus Vancouver Whistler 2025.
This week, however, Meghan didn’t come along with Prince Harry to the UK.
Although Prince Harry did meet King Charles in February after the King’s cancer diagnosis was made public, he won’t be meeting him this week.
A spokesperson for Prince Harry mentioned that it’s not possible due to the King’s busy schedule.
The spokesperson also explained that Prince Harry understands his father’s commitments and hopes to see him soon.
