Prince Harry participated in the NEXUS Global Summit 2025 in New York on Friday, where he discussed social impact and collective action with young philanthropists.
Accompanied by Rachel Gerrol, co-founder of the event, he spoke about the work he does through the Archewell Foundation, created with Meghan Markle after leaving his royal duties.
He shared that, in an increasingly demanding world, what inspires him most are solutions driven by communities.
During his speech, the Duke of Sussex recalled that his organization was born with the intention of “leveraging his visibility to unite and help.” He insisted on the importance of acting with empathy and giving back what one receives, emphasizing that service is what drives him.
He also encouraged attendees to use their platforms for the common good, convinced that change is generated locally.
This visit to New York comes amid a still distant family scenario. According to recent statements by author Duncan Larcombe, Harry is said to be full of regrets about how things have turned out with his father, King Charles, and his brother William.
