It seems that Prince Harry is more famous in the United States for his marriage to Meghan Markle than for his work with the British royal family.
This was evident during an amusing segment on the popular quiz show “Family Feud.”
Since the Duke of Sussex and Meghan moved to the United States in 2020, after relinquishing his royal responsibilities, it seems that his personal life has captured more public attention than his current work with different foundations.
In this episode hosted by Steve Harvey, they tested how much Americans know about Harry.
Prince Harry on Family Feud
During the contest, two families were pitted against each other, and the dynamic was that they had to guess the six most well-known facts about the Duke of Sussex, based on the answers of 100 respondents.
The Hernandez family was the first to get it right, quickly recognizing that a famous fact about Harry is his relationship with Meghan Markle.
They were also correct in mentioning that he is still a prince, which was the fourth most popular response.
In addition, they got it right that he is the son of Princess Diana. However, their turn ended when they tried to guess that Harry has a lot of money, which was not on the list of the most popular facts.
When it was the other family’s turn, the Colleys surprised everyone by mentioning that Harry is known for his red hair, and that earned them the win.
This fact was the third most popular and allowed them to win the game.
But Steve Harvey didn’t leave the audience in doubt about the other facts.
One of the most unexpected was that Harry is going bald, which drew laughter from the audience and a confused expression from the host. And if that wasn’t enough, the second most popular fact that came to light was that Harry is considered a “hottie.”
This amusing segment of “Family Feud” revealed that, in American popular culture, Prince Harry is much more than a royal; he is, above all, a media figure known for his personal life and not so much for his history within the monarchy.
