Prince Harry has given several interviews to promote his memoirs and in one of them he has expressed his concern for the youngest children of Prince William and Kate Middleton.
Last January 10, the Duke of Sussex released his book ‘Spare’, since then it has been making headlines around the world. The title of Harry’s biography refers to a phrase his father uttered when he was born. The then Prince Charles told his wife, Lady Di, that she could rest easy because he had given her an heir and a spare.
Harry is worried about his nephews Louis and Charlotte.
In a recent interview of the Duke of Sussex to ‘The Telegraph’ he was worried about what could happen in the future with Prince Louis and Princess Charlotte.
Harry has made it clear in his memoirs that this role of ‘Spare’ marked him forever and has confessed that he feels concern for the other “spare parts” of his family; Charlotte and Louis.
William’s firstborn, Prince George, is second in line to the throne behind his father, while Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis, are third and fourth, respectively.
Meghan Markle’s husband has put on the table how that role may affect them and has assured that he has conveyed that concern to his brother on more than one occasion.
“Of those three kids, at least one will end up like me, being the spare. And that hurts, that worries me,” Harry has said.
Harry has assured that he would not allow Archie, to go through the same traumatic experience he and his brother have gone through.
The duke knows that his family is not happy with him for all his revelations, but he hopes that one day they will appreciate the benefit that talking about all his problems in a public way can bring them.
Prince Harry could write another book
Harry has admitted that there is a lot left to say, enough to write a second book. Undoubtedly, this statement will have set off alarm bells in the Palace.
He also assured that in his book ‘Spare’ he left out a lot of things about his relationship with his brother and father, because if he revealed everything they would probably never forgive him.
Despite everything, the Duke of Sussex does not lose hope of resuming the family relationship with his brother and father.
