There’s a new hobby in Prince Louis’ life that has left his family both impressed and a little stunned.
The little boy, son of Prince William and Kate Middleton, is just 6 years old and is already discovering his love for music.
That’s right! Prince William has revealed that his son is learning to play the drums.
Prince Louis’ dad can’t help but feel happy about this new interest of Louis’, although he also jokes that it’s possibly hurting his ears.
Prince Louis plays drums
In a recent chat with Ronnie Wood, the Rolling Stones bassist, and Mark Knopfler, the former Dire Straits guitarist, during the Tusk Awards at The Savoy in London, William shared the exciting news.
“My youngest is learning the drums. That’s why I spend my entire life with my fingers in my ears,” he confessed, laughing with his fellow musicians.
In addition to little Louis, William and Kate are also parents to two other children: Prince George, 11, and Princess Charlotte, 9, so there is no doubt that music is present in the lives of the whole family.
During the event, Prince William also had the opportunity to present several awards related to conservation in Africa, but somehow, the anecdote about Louis stole some of the limelight.
The truth is, it would be no surprise if, in the future, Prince Louis sweeps the stage, given his penchant for being the center of attention at past royal events.
Who knows, maybe we’re looking at the beginning of a future rock star.
All in all, it’s great to see Louis delve into the world of music and hopefully his skills will be honed over time.
All we can do is wait excitedly for him to surprise us by showing off his talent, although for now what he needs most are some good earplugs for his dad.
