Recently, Prince William has been rumored to be jealous of Kate Middleton.
Since the Princess of Wales resumed her institutional duties after her summer vacation, she has opted to wear suits to each of her public appearances. This is in contrast to the beautiful dresses of famous brands that she used to wear.
This change has not gone unnoticed by anyone, considering that clothes have been the Princess of Wales’ allies for years.
Initially, royal experts argued that since the passing of Queen Elizabeth II, Kate had adopted a more professional style.
However, it is now being speculated that the real reason behind this radical change in her wardrobe could be related to Prince William’s alleged jealousy.
Prince William jealous of Kate Middleton?
According to several English media, William is tired of his wife’s style hogging all the limelight at each of her public appearances, overshadowing the purpose of the event in question.
This is why the monarchy has completely changed the style of Kate Middleton, betting on a more professional and discreet image, although it has also been noted that this could border on boredom.
The theory of jealousy gains more strength with the recent decision of Kensington Palace to confirm that the Princess of Wales will not attend the next Earthshot Prize in Singapore.
Recall that at the 2022 awards ceremony in Boston, Kate wore a stunning rented green dress paired with Princess Diana jewelry.
Because of the majesty of her attire, the ceremony took a back seat, and apparently this is something William wants to avoid.
However, Kesington also explained what the real reason for Kate’s absence is.
Is William really jealous?
As for Prince William’s alleged jealousy, Marie Claire magazine consulted an expert who assured that William never seems to show “jealousy” for the attention Kate receives, unlike what happened with Charles and Diana.
“Catherine has shown in recent months and even years that she is the real deal. I think her strength comes from the fact that she has had such a long apprenticeship,” Jennie Bond told.
Jennie added: “I suppose she was a bit shy at first. But I think if you compare that relationship to Charles and Diana, I think William deserves a lot of credit because he never seemed jealous of the attention his wife was getting.
