On November 9 and 10, the British royal family was once again in the spotlight during emotional Remembrance Day events.
On Saturday the 9th, the royals attended the Festival of Remembrance at London’s iconic Royal Albert Hall. Then, on Sunday the 10th, they took part in the solemn ceremony at the Cenotaph in Whitehall.
While the Princess of Wales, Kate Middleton, and Sophie, the Duchess of Edinburgh, stole the spotlight, another member of the royal family also stood out: the ever-faithful Princess Anne.
Although the spotlight was focused on Kate, Princess Anne did not go unnoticed, especially because she decided to surprise everyone with a new look that, unfortunately, went somewhat unnoticed.
Princess Anne’s Makeover
Princess Anne, younger sister of King Charles III, has given a twist to her image after more than 50 years.
Although she opted for her classic hairstyle, an elegant chignon, the tone of her hair has changed, leaving behind the gray in favor of a vibrant chocolate brown. It is a subtle change that undoubtedly takes a few years off her appearance.
The change is particularly relevant because Princess Anne’s style has not changed much over the years.
The King’s sister is famous for wearing clothes from decades ago and has even worn clothes that belonged to her mother, Queen Elizabeth II. Undoubtedly, Princess Anne represents one of the most relevant trends of our times: circular fashion.
In a world increasingly aware of sustainability, quality in clothing, and the importance of giving garments a second life, she stands as an example to follow.
