Princess Beatrice, the daughter of the controversial Prince Andrew and Sarah Ferguson, went through a period during which her weight was frequently commented on in tabloids and specialized royal sites.
At 34 years old, Queen Elizabeth’s granddaughter struggled to achieve a figure she felt comfortable with. However, in recent years, many have noticed that she has drastically lost weight.
Princess Beatrice weight loss
Since being photographed in 2008 in St. Barts wearing a bikini, and the images were not at all flattering, Princess Beatrice has made a great effort to shed those extra pounds.
In 2011, William and Harry’s cousin turned her life around and adopted healthier habits. That year, she participated in the Windsor Marathon and managed to complete it in two hours and 16 minutes, an impressive feat for an amateur.
Maintaining her slim figure, Princess Beatrice attributes her success to exercise, staying hydrated, and consuming plenty of fruits and vegetables, as reported by the British newspaper Express.
Now, 12 years later, Beatrice is a mother of a son and looks better than ever, although recent public appearances reveal that she is still losing weight.
Nadya Fairweather, the personal trainer who assisted the princess with her weight loss, revealed to People magazine that Beatrice is quite demanding with her training.
“She wanted to build up her stamina and just make exercise a part of her life. We train whatever the weather and she never cancels – she’s pretty hardcore,” she told People Magazine.
Princess Beatrice and Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi’s Anniversary
The royal couple, who tied the knot in 2020 at the height of the pandemic, recently celebrated their third wedding anniversary. To commemorate the occasion, the Italian-born businessman shared a series of never-before-seen photos from their nuptials.

Through his Instagram account “Edo” dedicated a touching post to his wife and mother of his daughter Sienna.
“Happy wedding anniversary to the most beautiful wife in the world,” he wrote. “I am so grateful for every moment we have shared, every challenge we have overcome, and every dream we have pursued together. I love you more than words can say, and I can’t wait to celebrate many more anniversaries with you,” the message read.
The first image captures Princess Beatrice in a carriage at Royal Ascot, which took place a few weeks ago. Following that, there are some photos showcasing the princess’s hand holding her bridal bouquet, with her wedding ring prominently visible.
Another photo highlights the beautiful flowers that adorned the wedding venue, All Saints Chapel Royal in Windsor.
Notably, this was the final Windsor royal wedding attended by Queen Elizabeth and her husband, Philip of Edinburgh. The Duke sadly passed away nine months later, just weeks before his 100th birthday.
