The moment in question took place on July 19, 2017, at Chopin Airport in Warsaw, Poland.
As her parents, Prince William and Princess Kate, bid farewell to Polish dignitaries, Charlotte, then a toddler, mimicked the traditional gesture, dipping into an adorable curtsy.
While the gesture might have gone unnoticed at the time, years later, a TikTok video featuring this and other instances of her curtsying has brought it back into the spotlight.
The viral clip, posted by the account @princessroyallx, has garnered over 136,500 views and 13,100 likes, with many users delighting in Charlotte’s grace.
The video also includes footage of other occasions where she demonstrated her polished curtsy, such as on Christmas Day in 2019 at Sandringham and during Queen Elizabeth II’s funeral in September 2022, when she paid her respects to her late great-grandmother with a heartfelt bow.
