In the 1980s, on several occasions Princess Diana would be seen wearing a red sweater that was printed with several white sheep and a single black one. Does it have a hidden message?

When Princess Diana wore that sweater in the 80’s, she never thought that several decades later it would become trendy, Diana in those years chose clothes according to her taste and comfort.

The sheep sweater was designed by Joanna Osborne and Sally Muir in 1979 when they belonged to the defunct brand Warm & Wonderfu, but in 2020 both designers began working with Rowing Blazers to relaunch the garment.

The Princess of Wales wore the sweater on several occasions, which aroused a lot of curiosity in the press which made the design popular not only in the UK.

Everyone wanted to bring the sheep sweater, as Diana looked tender, sweet and romantic at the same time.

Was there a hidden message in Princess Diana’s sheep sweater?

There were several white sheep on the garment, but there was only one black sheep. This was a “hidden” message in plain sight.

It was the rebellious sheep, the one that stood out among all the white ones and represented that spirit of freedom in life, at the moment of making one’s own decisions.

Princess Diana once had no problem combining the sweater with a simple pair of jeans, this way of dressing was not to the taste of royalty, but she always made her own decisions.
