Confirmed! Princess Leonor and Infanta Sofia will make their first appearance of the year

It is official. Both Princess Leonor and Infanta Sofia will appear in events scheduled in the royal agenda. The future queen of Spain will visit a refugee center with her parents and sister, and will also have a solo event.

These movements in the agenda represent the return of the princesses to official events after more than six months without attending any. The last one was at the Princess of Asturias Awards ceremony.

Events of Leonor Princess of Asturias and Infanta Sofia

The first event will be the visit they will make with the kings to a refugee center in Pozuelo de Alarcón, in Madrid, where they will learn the stories of all those displaced by the war between Russia and Ukraine.

For her part, the Princess of Asturias’ solo event will be next Wednesday, April 20, for the appointment she will go to the Julio Verne Secondary School in Madrid, where she will participate in a conference on youth and cybersecurity of the National Institute of Cybersecurity (INCIBE).

The daughter of the King and Queen of Spain will make the most of her vacations from UWC Atlantic College, in Wales, both to catch up with her family and not to put aside her role as a member of the Spanish royal house.
