Princess Leonor, heiress to the Spanish Crown, successfully passed some demanding military maneuvers in the Campo de San Gregorio.
Close sources assure that the young cadet was one of the most outstanding in these combat practices, which tested the knowledge and skills acquired during her training at the General Military Academy of Zaragoza.
Princess Leonor’s military exercises: “She is demonstrating her skill and ability”
Leonor and the rest of the students faced an intense week of exercises, in which they had to demonstrate their ability to solve drawbacks in real operational situations.
Among the tests they passed, there were marches, topographical routes, shooting with individual and collective weapons, combat track and hand-to-hand combat instruction.
According to sources, the heiress to the throne demonstrated great skill and precision, the result of her dedication and having deeply internalized the military values of loyalty and sacrifice.
“She was born for this”, they say from the General Military Academy.
New military exercises
After this first contact, Leonor will return to San Gregorio from March 11 to 23 for two more intense weeks of maneuvers, considered the penultimate test of fire before finishing her training in Zaragoza.
The exact location has not yet been revealed, but it could be in one of the various Army camps throughout Spain.
With these practices, the heiress to the throne culminates the basic military training program started last September, where she already performed her first exercises in the field and which caused the abandonment of several colleagues due to the extreme hardness shown.
