Queen Elizabeth has received many tributes since she passed away last September 8. The boarding school where Princess Leonor of Spain studies, the UWC Atlantic College in Wales, has seen its routine somewhat modified due to this historic event.
The link between the institution and the Queen was very special, as the monarch was the patroness of the institution. Undoubtedly the school deeply regretted the death of Elizabeth II and since it dedicated a publication to her on social networks, they have not updated any more, everything came to a standstill, as well as their website.

Tribute to her majesty the Queen
Princess Leonor and her classmates have participated in various events related to the death of Elizabeth II. In the classrooms and in the main hall of the boarding school, several tributes have taken place.
This September 19 was a holiday so the institution paralyzed its activities. While Princess Leonor probably watched on television the state funeral of Queen Elizabeth II, her parents and grandparents participated in the events at Westminster.
