Princess Leonor, heir to the Spanish throne, has decided to embark on a new adventure that marks a crucial stage in her training and personal development.
A few days before her incorporation into the Naval Military School, scheduled for August 29, Leonor has opted to enjoy some time with friends on the beach of Vélez, in Málaga, before assuming her military responsibilities.
The Spanish press reports that the 18-year-old princess has been spotted at a beach restaurant, where she shared lunch with a group of friends.

During her visit, which was relatively discreet until a customer recognized her, Leonor allowed herself to enjoy a moment of relaxation and camaraderie.
The group with which Leonor de Borbón was dining tasted “a little bit of everything,” and the lunch, which the princess was able to enjoy quietly, did not last long.
Leonor wore a cap to avoid being recognized, although she was unsuccessful.
Her security team also attracted attention. “Customers began to notice them, but no one bothered them,” says the restaurant manager, who does not remember the exact order of the tables.
“I was in the kitchen and didn’t attend to them, but I’m sure they had grilled fish and seafood,” he adds.
These types of encounters are important for the young woman, who must balance her role as a royal with her personal life.
The lunch, which was quick and lighthearted, fits into a summer that has been marked by a busy work schedule and limited family outings at her traditional vacation destination, Mallorca.
