Leonor of Borbón By Lillian Torres

Poor Physical Condition and High-Calorie Diet: Princess Leonor at the center of debate after entering the Naval Academy

Princess Leonor will have to improve her physical condition.

Since her entrance to the Naval Academy just a few days ago, Princess Leonor has been at the center of media attention. Her impeccable presentation in uniform and her performance in the tests with her classmates have been a source of praise.

However, amidst the positive reports about the future queen, a lesser-known aspect has emerged that has begun to capture attention: her physical condition.

It is important to note that this is not bullying or body shaming, but a fundamental requirement to face the Navy’s demanding evaluations.

According to the Spanish newspaper Monarquía Confidencial, it has been pointed out that Princess Leonor does not currently have the necessary physical level.

The newspaper has revealed that the Naval School will implement a plan for the Princess of Asturias to catch up with the demanding training.

The princess celebrated the victory with her team despite her poor physical condition.

Sources close to the military base have expressed concern about the physical condition in which Leonor de Borbón has entered. “She is not in optimal condition to follow the usual strict training,” they pointed out.

    Princess Leonor’s diet

In addition to physical training, it is noted that the princess will also have to make adjustments to her diet. The press has reported that Leonor is attracted to high-calorie dishes.

An example of this occurred during a recent outing with her fellow academy members, where she was seen wearing a casual and youthful outfit, consisting of a white top and jeans.

Before returning to rest, the princess stopped to buy a panini, a kind of toast with tomato, oregano, melted cheese, and bacon, very similar to a pizza, but made with regular bread.

This type of gastronomic choice, although delicious, is far from the healthy eating she was used to at the Zarzuela Palace.

As Leonor adapts to life away from home, a range of gastronomic possibilities opens up for her. However, her upbringing, which focuses on healthy habits and sports, does not prevent her from indulging in the occasional treat.

The combination of her education and her new life at the academy presents an interesting challenge for the princess, which will undoubtedly help her grow both personally and physically.
