In recent years Queen Letizia of Spain has shown off her sculpted arms during various royal engagements, and many people have wondered about her exercise routine.

At 50 years old, the Queen maintains enviably toned and defined arms that reflect her commitment to regular exercise.

It’s clear that Letizia works hard to stay fit and strong.

Achieving arms like Letizia’s requires diligence and consistency, but the results are worth it.

Toned arms are not only beautiful, but they also improve posture, health, and self-confidence.

    Queen Letizia’s arm workouts

If you want to get firm, sculpted arms like the elegant Queen of Spain, here are some of her favorite arm exercises to include in your workout:

    Push-ups

Push-ups work the triceps, biceps, shoulders, and core.

To do a push-up correctly, get into a high plank position with your hands slightly shoulder-width apart. Keeping the trunk contracted, lower the body toward the floor by bending the elbows. Pause when the elbows reach a 90-degree angle and return to the starting position.

Letizia does push-ups to strengthen and define her arms.

    Biceps curl

The biceps curl focuses on the biceps and the front of the arms.

To perform this move, stand with your feet hip-width apart and hold a dumbbell in each hand with your palms facing forward. Keeping your elbows at your sides, bend your elbows and lift the weights toward your shoulders. Slowly lower back down to the starting position.

Letizia usually does several sets of 12-15 repetitions of biceps push-ups to get lean and toned arms.

    Triceps push-ups

Tricep push-ups work the back of the arms and help create that defined sculpted look.

To do this, sit on a bench or chair and hold onto the edge with your hands on either side of your hips. Stretch your arms and extend your legs forward, crossing them at the ankles. Slowly bend your elbows and lower your body toward the floor. When you reach a 90-degree bend, return to the starting position.

    Cardio

In addition to strength moves, Letizia probably incorporates cardio exercises such as running, biking, or swimming to keep her arms (and her whole body) lean and defined.

She tries to do at least 30 minutes of moderate cardio 5 days a week. Combining strength training with cardio will help you achieve toned arms like the Queen.
