This Thursday, King Felipe and Queen Letizia visited the city of Toledo to inaugurate the community residence ‘Hospital del Rey’, a new center with 60 places for people with severe mental disorders.
Queen Letizia as always again makes the center of attraction for her with an impeccable styling where the star piece was an elegant black and white jacket from the now defunct brand Uterqüe.
The King and Queen of Spain made an appearance in Toledo to attend the reopening of the ‘Hospital del Rey’ residence, originally founded in Toledo in 1603 by the Corpus Christi Brotherhood.
It has now reopened its doors thanks to the Castilla-La Mancha Sociosanitaria Foundation with the aim of joining the network of care facilities for people with mental health problems in the region.
For now, it has 10 patients, but the intention is to progressively complete the 60 places available.
Queen Letizia in a black and white blazer in Toledo
At this important event, Letizia pleasantly surprised by recovering a nice jacket.
It is an elegant black and white blazer with a houndstooth print and jeweled button details that give it a very chic touch.
It was originally priced at 179 euros (US$195) and there was also the matching skirt, although the Queen has always combined it with black pants.
It is not the first time we see the mother of Princess Leonor and Infanta Sofia with this flattering garment this is the sixth time she has worn it in official events.
It has always garnered praise for how well it suits her. On this occasion, she combined it with straight black skinny pants and new black leather low-heeled shoes with pointed-toe model ‘Kendall’ from Pretty Ballerinas valued at 249 euros (US$272).
The Queen’s elegant look was completed with discreet but elegant silver earrings with dangling pearls, possibly a new acquisition this year, and her Coreterno ring could not be missing.
With this event, the King and Queen put an end to their official engagements this week. We will be waiting for the new looks that Doña Letizia will inspire us in her next appearances.
