Queen Letizia follows the Perricone diet, which is characterized by being healthy and anti-inflammatory. This diet is considered anti-aging as well as slimming, since its creator, dermatologist Nicholas Perricone, determined that inflammation not only leads to serious diseases, but also to skin aging.

Some ingredients that Queen Letizia includes in her breakfast are oat flakes, melon, kiwi, apple, pear, natural yogurt, and nuts, among others.

The proposals of drinks with antioxidant properties vary and range from beverages such as fruit smoothies and red fruits low in sugars such as strawberry or raspberry. Green tea and a glass of water are the other options.

As food, the diet recommends egg white omelets with or without yolk, along with salmon to provide protein and Omega 3. It is well known that salmon has beneficial effects on the skin due to its content of DMAE, astaxanthin, and essential fatty acids, which promote firmness and luminosity.

Queen Letizia knows very well that to stay active in her daily life, it is essential to carry out a healthy routine.
