Queen Letizia surprised this Tuesday with an impeccable winter look to fulfill one of her last commitments of the year in her homeland, Asturias.
The Spanish consort attended the annual meeting of directors of Cervantes Institute centers at the Oscar Niemeyer International Cultural Center in Avilés, where she dazzled with an ideal outfit for the low temperatures in the area.
Queen Letizia in Asturias
Doña Letizia has chosen for the occasion a new maroon red dress from Dries Van Noten, which has combined perfectly with dark accessories such as a wide belt in black, a cape coat from Carolina Herrera, and suede boots of the same color from El Corte Inglés.
The crepe midi dress with long sleeves, round neckline, fell straight highlighting the silhouette of the Queen thanks to the belt at the waist.
The black boots are from Latouche, exclusive to El Corte Inglés, which the mother of Princess Leonor and Infanta Sofia debuted earlier this year and has returned to stay this season.
They are flat-high boots in suede with track soles for 90 euros, although they are not currently available as they are from past seasons.
The now essential black wool cape coat by Carolina Herrera is a hybrid garment between cape and coat that the Queen has begun to wear this winter and it seems that she will continue to wear it in the colder months of the year.
As for jewelry, the wife of King Felipe VI opted for her diamond earrings with rubies from Aldao and the Coreterno ring on her left hand, a piece that has become a staple of her outfits.
With this impeccable winter outfit, Queen Letizia is almost finished with another year full of events, preparing for a few days of rest with her family before facing the new year 2024.
